  I usually visit this location at least twice a week....they rarely get my order right, the wait times are ridiculous, and the frosty machine is always "under repair". I wish that there was another one close to me so I would never have to return to this one! I love the food at Wendy's but this location needs some serious help!

  The longest wait I have ever experienced in my life. The only reason I even keep coming to this place is because it's the only chain in the area. This restaurant has ruined Wendy's for me. The orders are never correct and the staff is worthless. From having minute long conversations with customers they know in the drive through to refusing to make orders. Because they had already cleaned the grill 45 min before closing. Who ever owns this franchise location needs to gut the staff and start fresh.

  Food was hot and fresh. Lines were slow but was probably due to the lunch rush. Dining room was cluttered and condiments bar was not stocked. One customer waited for his food the entire time I was eating. (Approx 20 minutes.)
